On my trip to Colorado not only did I get to throw my sister a surprise bachelorette party and bridal shower I got to meet one of my best friend's new baby girl who was born in November. Missing out on special moments like baby showers and the birth of new babies is the hardest part of being so far away from my closest friends. I have a great group of girlfriends, all of which I have been friends with 13 years or more. I feel very blessed to have them in my life.
