This trip we were lucky because we were able to stay with one of hubby's old friends. He and his wife are such fun, nice people to be around and their kids are as cute as be. They took us to two places in San Diego I had never been, Torrey Pines, to see the paragliders and hangliders, and to Point Loma to see Cabrillo National Monument. Sprinkle in some geocaching and authentic Mexican food (which is hard to come by on the East Coast) and you have the recipe for a great day!

Cute kids!
Our trip to San Diego was a blast, good friends, and good times! We really had a great time.

I love Cali. My next stop has to be San Fran, but I would love to go to San Diego too! Glad you had such a great trip.
Glad you enjoyed it. My SIL lives in San Diego, and it really is gorgeous!
I love San Diego! Haven't been in a long time. I, too, wanted to live in San Diego after college, but I met my husband and moved to Iowa. Ha!
Okay. Those photos are gorgeous!!! We lived in Cardiff by the Sea (North County San Diego) for two years before moving back to LA to get back to work and it was just paradise! If only we could have found a way to support ourselves down there! It is so beautiful and your pictures make me miss it too! And we are only 2 hours away!!
Thanks for sharing....
Wow, it's gorgeous there! I 'll have to put San Diego on my list. I've been to San Fran and Los Angeles so far :)
How fun! I've never been to San Diego, but it looks beautiful.
Great pics, it's so beautiful down there, we don't get down there nearly as much as I'd like!
San Diego is such a wonderful place. Glad you had a good time!
That looks awesome. It makes me want to add San Diego to my travel list.
